Home Renovations & Extensions
Our nationwide team offer timber frame building services for the residential, commercial, and specialised development and refurbishment markets. We cover all types of home renovations and home extensions, catering for one-off residential clients as well as large scale residential developments.
Building an Extension
The need for an extension arises as our home no longer meets our needs or requirements. The most common problem is size which is often due to an expanding family and the need for additional space. Another common factor is the layout and configuration of your existing home. In the modern day, the configuration of your home may no longer work for you.
We can help you turn this frustration into the dream it could be! We provide a complete build service for all of your home improvements including home extensions, garage conversions, attic conversions, and many more residential and commercial alterations.
Will My Extension Need Planning Permission?
Generally, in the ROI, you do not require planning permission if building an extension which does not increase the floor area of the existing house by more than 40 square metres, and is not higher than your existing house.
Will My Extension Add Value?
A house extension which is well-designed in terms of a seamless integration between the existing space and new section, and which is of quality construction will no doubt add significantly to the re-sale value of your property.
We cover all types of home refurbishment and renovation projects throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland. When building an extension, often clients want to renovate and refurbish their existing home. Our team will undertake renovation works on your existing home to ensure a seamless integration of the existing living space and the new house extension.
